Hi, I’m Elicia. I had over 16 years experience running my massage business, building it from when I started out working from our lounge room, when I struggled to get bookings and to connect with clients … to where I had nine staff working for me and was so busy I nearly burnt out … then back to running a successful small clinic with a loyal client base that suited my lifestyle.
In my time as a therapist running a business I tried almost every way possible to make it successful, and I have discovered exactly what works (and made a lot of mistakes along the way too!)
