The Right Way to do Email
So last year we did a live training in our program on “client lifecycle” and how to follow up past clients using EMAIL MARKETING.
Some rumbling in the room brought comments like…
“No-one ever reads email”
“I don’t want to annoy people”
“Isn’t social media better now anyway?”
And look… I get it!
Email IS a bit old fashioned!!
It’s kind of like Social Media’s older, uglier cousin 😂😂
See, there are 2 types of marketing – PRO-active and RE-active.
+ PROactive is the consistent things you do every week to connect with your client base and educate, to build your tribe.
+ REactive is the action you take when you have no clients this week or everyone cancels, and you need fast bookings!
Email is PROactive *AND* REactive – it can act fast AND go deep.
AND here’s the thing… that’s why it works.
3 months after our training, I sat down with one of our clients who had added more than $30,000 of bookings to their clinic using our training. 😊🤭👏
(and yes, it was also pretty cool that she was able to track the bookings directly from the email clicks!)
And guess what is the BEST THING!!!
